Privacy Policy.

Trippii LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the trippii.app website and a newsletter (the “Service”). This page explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Service
The trippii.app website and the newsletter operated by Trippii LLC.

1 — Business transaction

If Trippii LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

2 — Disclosure for law enforcement

Under certain circumstances, Trippii LLC may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

10Do Not Track (CalOPPA)

We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

Trippii LLC aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. Children’s privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
